I am a doctoral researcher in the field of Bioinformatics currently based at the University of Eastern Finland, Kuopio. Here, I am a part of the Biomedical Informatics group. My current research focuses on using network biology and machine learning towards improving drug efficacy and safety. I am also a part of the in silico work package of the EDCMET project where I support towards development of tools for understanding the mechanism of actions of endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs).
