Hi,

I am trying to study CpG island shores and shelves using R and Bioconductor.

Most of the forums show that *.bed file is used for finding CpG island shores and shelves.

I have CpG island Unmasked.txt file, but I am unable to convert it into *.bed file format.

How to generate CpG island Unmasked.bed file format for finding CpG island shores and shelves?

It would be helpful if anyone could help me to solve this problem.

(Note: I work in WINDOWS 10).
