We're delighted to announce that abstract submissions are now open for the European Bioconductor Conference (EuroBioC2025), taking place September 17-19, 2025, in Barcelona, Spain. This event will bring together the Bioconductor community in Europe to advance bioinformatics, data science, and open-source software.

Submission Types:

• Short Talk: 10-minute talk followed by 5 minutes of questions, focused on a package, or on a research or technological question that motivates software development. Presentations seeking collaboration or input from the community are encouraged.
  • Workshop: 1 hour 45 minutes hands-on interactive workshop illustrating the use of a software package or workflow, where participants are expected to have the time and opportunity to follow along and perform analysis themselves.
  • Poster: To be showcased during a 1 hour 45 minutes poster session.
