Hello ,
using signed network my module-trait map shows positive as well as negative correlations ( red and green ),but when i plot an MM-GS plot of the respective genes vs trait I always end up with a positive correlation ( though in the module-trait map the respective module is showing a negative (green) correlation with the respective trait. Why is it so?
