How to convert probe sets to Gene symbols ?

Hi everyone,

I 'm totally new to R. I work on Affymetrix platform GPL570, hgu 133 plus 2 array.

Anyone could please guide me how to convert probe IDs to Gene Symbols as input data of affylmGUI ?

You can use biomaRt from bioconductor. In the manual they describe how to convert between different IDs. Good luck!
