Hi, I wonder if sombedody have a piece of code to convert a list of affy probset from one chip to their matching probeset in a different chip. let's say, I have a list of affyids in hgu95av2 and I want to "translate" them to hgu133a. If I do that using Unigene as a intermediated I duplicate the size of my list, I was wonder if doing it directly using matchprobes leads to more compact results. thanks in advance... mayte Mayte Suarez Farinas Research Assciate The Rockefeller University Hospital 1230 York Avenue, Box 178 New York, NY 10021 (212) 327-8213 - phone (212) 327-7422 - fax farinam at rockefeller.edu
