Ensembl release 100 and Ensembl Genomes release 47 are scheduled for late March 2020.

BioMart will no longer hold mappings of variants to transcripts with the biotypes lncRNA, processedpseudogene and unprocessedpseudogene. These data, including predicted functional consequences, will not be available for filtering and will not be reported as attributes.
