I am quite new to bioinformatics and trying to run NOISeq on RNASeq data set I retrieved.

I am having trouble with my data frame and would greatly appreciate it if you can share with my an example of the marioni dataset used in this publication below

I need to add the variables (mylength, mygc, mybiotype, mychromosome)! Anyhelp will be much appreciated
