Hi,

I'm BiocChecking my package and through various ways, I'm down to a single NOTE that is created by a single line of code. Here is the note.

* Checking formatting of DESCRIPTION, NAMESPACE, man pages, R source, and
  vignette source...
    * NOTE: Consider shorter lines; 1 lines (0%) are > 80 characters long.

I have all the files mentioned and of course, I'm going to try one more time...

I feel sure others have grappled with this problem. Suggestions welcome.

Part of me thinks that if BiocCheck can create the NOTE then it should be able to tell me where the line is... Thoughts on that topic?

Thanks,

Paul

Another check of my man files revealed too long a title generated by roxygen2 documentation.

It was in a data object and the title went over two lines.
