In miRNAtap package after providing predicted targets for a miRNAs, they ranked? [example; mmu-miR-184-3p, I have 51 targets] How they ranked as this package uses 5 different sources? What is the cutoff for reliable predicted miRNAs in the list, as some miRNAs have 1000 targets?
