Dear bioconductors

Must be a very basic question but I'm unable to find how to generate an order ranked genelist to feed into gseKEGG function in ClusterProfiler.

I work on R and have a dataframe or matrix of gene names with associated FC values, pvalues, adjusted pvalues (among others).

Can someone help?

 You would have to first define what an 'order ranked genelist' might be. But I would imagine something like sort or order would be useful.
