I'm running R in Fedora 26 and it uses libgfortran.so.4 and the packages such as DESeq2 and clusterProfiler needs libgfortran.so.3, when I tried to install those packages the following error appears:
libgfortran.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.
Can anyone help me?
Are you installing packages using
? If so, then the packages are compiled on your machine using your version of libgfortran. So the error points to a configuration issue on your machine; how did you install libgfortran?
