How can one construct a time-course model for two conditions across three time points when accounting for the within subject variability in DEXseq for exon-level data? In DEXSeq user must specify on the coldata the exon column("this","other") that has to be taken into account. How  can I implement it/add on the model that I've used with gene-level data on DESeq2? The full and reduced models are described below.

Full: ~condition + time + condition:subject.nested + condition:time

Reduced: ~condition + time + condition:subject.nested
