I tried to identify the clusters in the flowdata using flowpeaks. Is that possible to extract the cluster data as a separate file individually for those many clusters formed? If anyone helps me in doing this it would be a great help for me.

Read the help on the function flowPeaks. The following information can be used for you to do the job that you asked. ------ Value: It returns an object of class flowPeaks, which is a list of the following variables: peaks.cluster: An integer shows the cluster labels (between 1 and K for K clusters) for each cell. The clustering is based on the flowPeaks algorithm ---- Yongchao On Sat, Jun 17, 2017 at 5:49 AM, shadhiksk [bioc] <noreply@bioconductor.org> wrote: > Activity on a post you are following on support.bioconductor.org > > User shadhiksk <https: support.bioconductor.org="" u="" 13179=""/> wrote Question: > extracting cluster data after using flowpeaks > <https: support.bioconductor.org="" p="" 97166=""/>: > > I tried to identify the clusters in the flowdata using flowpeaks. Hello Sir Yongchao.

I tried to relate the input data and peaks.cluster, but I'm unable to relate them. I didn't even found any documentation on R codes for flowPeaks other than the flowPeaks vignette for extracting the cluster data. Can u plz suggest some papers or the modules for the fore mentioned data extraction!!!

Doing the basic R stuffs that manipulates a simple list is every R user's basic skills. If you haven't learned R, please find a book/a person to learn how to use R to do data manipulation. One example is the book "Data Manipulation with R" by Spector, Phil On Fri, Jun 23, 2017 at 12:09 AM, shadhiksk [bioc] <noreply@bioconductor.org> wrote: > Activity on a post you are following on support.bioconductor.org > > User shadhiksk <https: support.bioconductor.org="" u="" 13179=""/> wrote Answer: > extracting cluster data after using flowpeaks > <https: support.bioconductor.org="" p="" 97166="" #97350="">: > > Hello sir, Yongchao. > > I tried to relate the input data and peaks.cluster, but I'm unable to > relate them.
