Does anyone have the script(s) necessary to build the latest Affi chip data annotation pckg (133a2) from the source? thanks.

Hi Chris, AnnBuilder is the package you need to build the latest hgu133a2. You also have to create basefiles from the latest Affymetrix annotation file. See the two AnnBuilder vignettes for more details.
