Can anyone help me with fRMA? I need to execute fRMA for "Affymetrix Mouse Gene 2.1 ST Array [transcript (gene) version]?

Unfortunately, there are not frma vectors made for this platform. You could make your own frma vectors or use a related preprocessing algorithm (e.g. rma).

Thank you..but I am a novice in R. Can you please help me regarding how to create frma vector for this case?

As an R novice, I would not recommend undertaking the creation of your own frma vectors. It can be a fairly involved process, especially when you're dealing with a new platform. However, if you decide to proceed, I would start with this paper:

And then look at the frmaTools package for some functions that will be useful when creating the frma vectors.
