Hello,

I am using minfi to analyze EPIC chip data and after running dmpfinder , I get's this warning:Warning message:
In contrasts.fit(fit, contrasts(pheno)) :
  row names of contrasts don't match col names of coefficients
 

I tried to rename Mvalue matrix exactly same as phenol but still shows this warnings. Please help if you know how to overcome this.
