1.When I use fileBrowser() in tkWidgets package, It cannot move to the
parent directory.
2.When I want to attach the Dilution data using data(Dilution)
command, it print out
"Error: restore file may be from a newer version of R -- no data
loaded"
but I have updated my R version to 1.5.0, the same is plob.example and
SpikeIn data.
but I can load the listcel and CDF.example data, are there any
differences between these data?

Click the "Up" button below the list box entitled "Files in directory"
will let
you go up one level along the parent diractory path. Double click a
directory
name in the list box will let you go into that directory.

...but one cannot reach the 'root' (I remember observing that recently
too)...
The button 'Up' becomes 'ghost' one node before the root...
(In the meanwhile there is still the possibility to specify the root
as a starting point (then it works))

fileBrowser uses getwd() to determine the path nodes if no default is
given and
you can only travel within that path. You will have to specify a path
if you
like it to be done differently.

We had entanglements with CVS, binary files and Windows. This will be
(hopefully) solved today,
as soon as the automated build runs over the changes.

Actually, currently the automated process isn't running - sooooo ....
I'm working on fixing a few problems with it related to the changes
from
the release, as soon as I get that up & running fine (hopefully by
tonight, if not then by tommorow night) this will start moving again.

No no, your windows builds are fine. However, all the cron jobs from
the
account that builds the source packages and then shoves the whole
enchilada over to the web site are temporarily disabled. (as I said,
probably by tonight, maybe by tommorow)
