Hi,

I have been testing the SC3 package with some single cell data and I was wondering if there is an easy way to share the interactive results.
I read there was an option in an old version of the package to save the results as .rds sc3(interactivity = FALSE) but it's no longer available.

Any help would be appreciated!

Coral

Hi Coral,

In the newest version of SC3, if you share (for example save it in an ".rds" file) a scater object that you used to run the SC3 analysis on, it will contain all the data required for sc3_interactive(). So the person that you share it will only need to run sc3_interactive(YOUR_SCATER_OBJECT) and will see all the results you have produced.

Hope this helps,

Cheers,

Vlad

So if I want to share the results with somebody, she/he will have to install sc3, read the .rds file and run sc3_interactive, right? Is there any way I can just share them as a link?

Thanks again!

Yes, it is right. And no, you can't share the results via a link, your collaborator needs to have R and SC3 installed to be able to run sc3_interactive().

Cheers,

Vlad
