I am interested to know if there is a way to show yaxis labels in makeGenericArray in genomegraph. I am trying to show pvalues of SNPs with makeGenericArray which I created by using intensity as pvalues but it doesn't show the yaxis label i.e pvalue as label. Is there anyway I can turn that on. I looked into displaypar but it doesn't y axis label.
