Dear Madam/ Sir,

I have got consistently same padj values (0.998801) for all the samples. I have read in the blog that its due to benjamini and hochberg's consequences. Kindly guide me how can i further filtered significant differentially expressed genes without any significant padj values, i.e. < 0.05.

Thank you in advance.

Jignasha

It appears that your dataset does not yield any evidence for differential expression. So you could use the same data, but make a different comparison, or use a new dataset and make the same comparison.
