I searched for a version of DOSE >= 2.11.12 in windows that is compatible to R3.3.3 but in bioconductor (https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/DOSE.html) there was not any DOSE updated version for windows.

Oops, I broke the script that generates these package landing pages while I was making changes to it in order to have them display the new El Capitan binary packages in devel! While I managed to do this, I broke the part of the code that displays the Windows binary packages, sorry. The Windows binaries were still there and available via biocLite(), it's just that the links to them were not showing up anymore on the landing pages. Things should be back to normal now. Sorry for the inconvenience and don't hesitate to let me know if you see any other problem.
