I am looking for a way to build models for sensorgrams generated using Octet machines (Biacore generates the same sort of data). At the root of the problem is a non-linear regression (least-squares fit) against the 1:1 Langmuir interaction model.

Is anybody aware of packages the would tackle this specific problem (i.e., SPR or BLI data analysis)?

Alternatively, what packages would be most recommended to carry out non-linear regression?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated,
