Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew where the python module is to carry out pathway analysis using the methods in the paper by Kim and Volsky (2005) in their paper "PAGE: Parametric Analysis of Gene Set Enrichment paper"? It is not clear if they produced a python module from the paper and if they did i have not been able to find it!

Any help would be great to point me in the right direction

FYI, since you ask at the Bioconductor forum: I know that the PAGE algorithm has been implemented in the package PGSEA.
