I noticed there was a similar problem in late May by another user. My problem seems related in that using the package installer, I get the following after selecting any of the packages for download trying URL 'http://www.bioconductor.org/bin/macosx/2.1/PACKAGES' Content type 'text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1' length 11699 bytes opened URL ================================================== downloaded 11Kb No download occurs..and regardless of package, its always 11kb Is this bugged? Yes, I had the problem. And if you did search the mailing list, you would also have found a solution... Now, you just need to add www.bioconductor.org manually by choosing "other repository".
