I would like to perform a meta analysis on the gene sets that I observed using CAMERA. Has anybody had experience with comparing gene sets between studies that performed the same experiment? Would it make sense to extract the t-statistic from CAMERA and use that to calculate the Cohen d as well as the variance of the unbiased effect size?
