Dear members, I am looking for a small set of tiff-files (with corresponding gene-id files) that can be used in course part of our bioinformatics bachelor program at the Hogeschool Leiden (The Netherlands). Purpose of this course is that students will learn how to use Genepix/Scanalyze, BASE, normalization and clustering. I have been looking for some good example data for several days. However, these files simply don't seem to exist on the www. The only data that exists has already been processed and often normalized (e.g. SMD at Stanford). Unfortunately, I don't have access to a microarray facility since we don't aren't a research facility. Is there somebody here who would be willing to provide me some data that one can use for teaching microarray (data) analysis? Thanks in advance! Kind regards, Ren?
