I am using TCGA prostate cancer data where i want to analyse the transitation in cancer like Noramal prostate (NP) to Prostate cancer (PCa) to metastatsis (mCRPC) stage. so i created three condition for that PCa Vs NP , mCRPC vs PCa, mCRPC vs NP. i need suggestion regarding these combinatation. whether these are right or wrong.. i am using DESeq2 for Analysis.
