I'm running WGCNA and would like to use a Signed Nowick TomType. However, when I'm determining the soft-thresholding power using pickSoftThreshold, I'm unsure which of the three networkType options I should choose (unsigned, signed, or signed hybrid). Any recommendations?

WGCNA is no Bioconductor package. Consider biostars.org or bioinformatics Reddit, but if you do show a bit more effort please. People appreciatethis.
