In WGCNA, what networkType should be used in pickSoftThreshold for a Signed Nowick TomType

I'm running WGCNA and would like to use a Signed Nowick TomType. However, when I'm determining the soft-thresholding power using pickSoftThreshold, I'm unsure which of the three networkType options I should choose (unsigned, signed, or signed hybrid). Any recommendations?
