Hi, I have a set of data (cut and run) with 2 samples, three replicate of each. One set of replicate are separated from the other two replicates in sample heat map while the other two set of replicates are segregated by sample (treatment replicate 1 next treatment replicate 2 and control 1 next to control 2). My question is how do I go about to use mask to create a dba object just containing the two replicates?
