i have installed SMPediR. I get an error when typing:

library(SNPediaR) snp <- get_snp("rs1805009")

Error: Fehler in get_snp("rs1805009") : konnte Funktion "get_snp" nicht finden In English: error in get_snp("rs1805009"): Couldn't find "get_snp".

Do I need to install further objects ?

There is no function called get_snp in SNPediaR. There are functions with that name in several other Bioconductor packages, and without further context it isn't likely anybody can help.

In addition, you tagged your question with frmaTools, which has nothing whatsoever to do with your question! You are unnecessarily sending an email to the frmaTools maintainer about something he is not involved with. In future please try to tag with the package of interest rather than a random package.
