to the proActiv team, Thank you for making proActiv available. I've been using it to analyze promoter activity in RNA-seq data and have obtained reasonable results. I have two questions about interpreting the results:

1. In addition to Major, Minor, and Inactive promoters, many are labeled as NA. How should I interpret these?

2. For TxID, I need help understanding the following information: c(ENSMUST00000000028.13 ENSMUST00000096990.9 ENSMUST00000115585.1 ENSMUST00000231819.1)
