Can we use XCMS2 for the analysis of PRM data (metabolite) from orbitrap? I mean, I have acquired MS2 only (not MS) of an inclusion list that have 100 masses on orbitrap. 

Hi, I have the same question, I have acquired MS2 data with PRM analysis and inclusion lists of several ions. I have a list of product ions by fragmented m/z, is it possible to enter in xcms product ions and intensity and ask some database like metlin?
