Using the results published in A Single-cell Atlas Enables Mapping of Homeostatic Cellular Shifts in the Adult Human Breast, Figure 3, Nature Genetics, which is neighbourhood group A always differentially abundance buy group N never is? Both groups consist of cells originating from only one sample, so I would expect the spurious result to happen for both.
