Hi,

I am trying to render my R qmd file in R Studio, but get this message:

processing file: Study1.qmd
  |......................................              |  74% [unnamed-chunk-7]
Quitting from lines at lines 142-148 [unnamed-chunk-7] (Study1.qmd)
Error in `process()`:
! could not find function "process"

Execution halted

problem is, process.R is a seperate .R document, which contains thousands of lines of code. It's been used to create a function for users.

Thanks, Chutian

If you have functions in another R document, you have to source that document to load the functions into your workspace. Just like you would need to do in an interactive session.
