Hi I am using ChIPSeeker several years now to analyze ChIP seq data. However, recently I updated the package to the latest version (1.40.0) and since then all heatmap functions (tagMatrixList, peak_Profile_Heatmap, peakHeatmap) generate heatmap images with a colored background (e.g blue background with read peak signal etc). I would like to generate heatmaps with white background and colored peak signals, as it used to be in previous versions of the package (please see image below). Is there an option to revert to the previous settings) I played a lot with several RColorBrewer palettes and options but did not manage to solve this.
