Any help will be appreciated

Did you run these lines? https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/ChAMP.html

It is good practice to include code and error messages.

Its a little deceiving. ChAMP has not propagated yet for users because one of its dependencies has not yet built for 3.19. The goseq packages needed by ChAMP is unavailable; this is indicated by the red radio buttons on the build page where if you hoover you can see why the propagation was blocked. https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/release/bioc-LATEST/ChAMP/ The goseq package has been made aware and I believe there is some discussion of transitioning of maintainers.
