The recent update to the scales package disrupted the code for flowWorkspace (4.14.0) in December. This has been resolved in the recent updates, and for most systems, flowWorkspace is on 4.14.2...except for MacOS (arm64). It's been almost three months. Is there someone I can ping to see when this will be updated? I'm at a standstill until this is pushed through.

That is because it is failing on that platform. build report RProtoBufLib might need a lock file removed as something went wrong with the installation. See build report. I will let the appropriate personal know to look into this. In the future package development questions like this are better asked on the bioc-devel mailing list.
