Recount3 error downloading data

Im having issues with the following code that used to work fine. Subsequent analysis such as "create_rse" also gives the same issue.

> human_projects <- available_projects(recount3_url = "http://duffel.rail.bio/recount3", organism = "human")

Error in `collect()`:
! Failed to collect lazy table.
Caused by error in `db_collect()`:
! Arguments in `...` must be used.
x Problematic argument:
. ..1 = Inf

Hi,

I imagine that you are not using the latest version of recount3 / Bioconductor. This error was resolved for version 3.18 of Bioconductor.
