Running DNAbarcodes with 12bp

Have anyone been able to run the DNAbarcodes with metric="seqlev", heuristic="ashlock" ? any estimate how long it might take? It's running for a few days now on 96 CPU instance..

I think it will take a few days. Barcodes of length 8 took me about 15- 20 minutes. Length 9 took 7 hrs.

Im assuming the default seqlev distance is going to be 3 here. What were your number of iterations and population sizes?
