Hi, If I want to test differential expression (DE) between treated and blank samples using edgeR, I need to perform a one-sided p-value test. This test will allow me to identify only the expressed sequences in the treated samples.

How can I perform a one-sided test for DE analysis in edgeR?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
