Dear all,

Is there a great way that I can use in order to find a comprehensive and non-redundant set of BioC packages designed for cancer genomics analysis ? (it is a general statement ; it may include CNA / SV calling, mutational signatures, etc, etc).

The "search" function on BioC website returned 20343 results :)

You could try to search via biocViews: https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/BiocViews.html

However, I imagine that the use of a search engine may be easier.
