Hi! I have some questions in eliminating efficiency after reading the csaw user's guide.

In the examples of the user's guide, two of them filter windows and then use TMM for normalization to eliminate composition biaes. However, in 5.3 Eliminating efficiency biases, windows are also filtered first and then applied to TMM normalization.

It seems that the steps of them are the same. So in those two examples, instead of composition biaes, efficiency biaes are eliminated, right?
