I am working on normalization of ChIP data function of syntethtical spike-ins. Would someone let me know how these functions :

edgeR::calcNormFactors

csaw::normFactors

computeSpikeFactors (http://bioconductor.org/books/3.14/OSCA.basic/normalization.html

are statistically formulated, and what are the differences between them ? Thanks a lot !
