Hi there,

I'm currently running cluster profiler and set my adj p value at <0.05. The example below showed I have 3 terms that meet the threshold. However, when I ran the same list of genes in Enrichr website, the p.adj value is much different and I get more terms that meet the <0.05 criteria. I would like to ask for advise on which is more reliable and why is there a big discrepancy between the 2 methods which are doing basically the same thing?
