We are looking for a Bioinformatics Analyst in our core facility at Van Andel Institute, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA. The main role will be maintaining analysis pipelines, assisting data analysis and data integration. This position will work closely with the sequencing group. This is NOT a PhD level position, and we prefer someone has BS or MS degree and past experience in programing, Linux environment, and processing sequencing data.

We are a medium sized medical research institute that focuses on cancer, neurodegenerative disease, epigenetics, and metabolomics research. Grand Rapids, MI is a low cost living, medium-sized city. It offers great outdoor recreational activities (it is only 35 miles to Lake Michigan), and it is known for its prominent craft beer culture.
