Hi, I am reading the OSCA book of Bioconductor, which mention Cell type annotation.

I reads some case, including Assigning cell labels from reference data, Assigning cell labels from gene sets or something else. I noticed that I can use the pre-existing references to annotate my cell cluster.

But I am wondering whehter I can use singleR or other tools to calculate similarity between each cluster in scRNA and FACS bulk RNA-seq.

For example, I have a scRNA-seq which have been separated in some clusters. And I also have a FACS bulk RNA-seq using specific markers or specific tissue RNA-seq. And I want to calculate similarity between each cluster in scRNA and those bulk RNA-seq. In this condition, this bulk RNA-seq only have one cell type or very few cell type compared with the pre-existing references database.

Best wishes
