I am thinking of using Rcistarget.
I will be using the databases linked below, what are the data sources for cisTarget databases?
https://resources.aertslab.org/cistarget/

For example, is "mm10__refseq-r80__10kb_up_and_down_tss.mc9nr" derived from refseq data? (not from transfac or other database?)
