I realize Marmoset (calJac3) are already on BSGenomes - but the newer version of the genome (calJac4) do not have its own package.

My lab is also working with several species - I would like to use a newer version of the genome for this species, and it could benefit others who study Marmoset genome.

I just added BSgenome.Cjacchus.UCSC.calJac4 to Bioconductor 3.15. It will become available via BiocManager::install() in the next 3-4 hours.
